The rubber mixing machine is suitable for rubber-related industries such as reclaimed rubber factory, transmission belt factory, conveyor belt factory, rubber products factory, shoe factory, cable factory, rubber pipe factory, seals, etc.

The structure of the rubber mixing machine is mainly composed of an integrated base, a frame, a front and rear roller, a transmission gear, a reducer, a distance adjustment device, a roller temperature adjustment device, a safety switch, and an electrical control system.

The roller material is alloy chilled cast iron, which has high hardness and wear resistance. The roller temperature adjustment device can pass steam or cooling water into the roller to adjust the roller temperature to meet the process requirements.

 

Designed with safety protection device

1. Electrical protection: when the equipment exceeds the load, the equipment stops.

2. Roller safety device: when the equipment exceeds the roller pressure instantly, the safety plate will automatically crack. This protects the rollers and other major parts so that the machine runs more reliably and maintenance costs are minimized.

3. The machine is equipped with a brake device. In the event of an emergency, pulling the safety lever can brake immediately, thereby reducing the occurrence of accidents.
