Brief introduction: this production line integrates mixing, conveying, feeding, extruding and making materials, and is cooled by air and hot-cutting in one body, realizing automatic continuous operation and high production efficiency.
 
The production process of segmented closed-loop temperature control, mixing, feeding, extruder, etc. have their own heating, cooling system, according to the process requirements to control their respective temperature.
 
The feeding mechanism adopts propeller double-pull type, with strong feeding ability. It is especially suitable for extruding and granulating the lumps of materials directly mixed by internal mixer.
 
The barrel screw is made of 38CrMoAIA high-quality alloy steel, which has high hardness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance after nitriding treatment.
The machine head adopts manual net changing or fast and non-stop automatic net changing mechanism to improve production efficiency.
 
The electronic control system adopts advanced PLC control technology and is composed of multiple frequency converters, so that the feeding, extrusion, cutting and other multi-machine machines can carry out high-precision and wide-range stepless speed regulation according to the process requirements. And has the whole machine process chain, sound and light fault alarm and other functional control, perfect and reliable.
