2.1 Roller group:
2.1.1 Type: front roll is of peripheral drilling type, and rear roll is of hollow type. 1 each
2.1.2 Material: alloy chilled cast iron (LTG-H), which is subject to precision grinding after tempering.

2.3 Roller gap adjustment device

2.3.4 Electrical control: linkage, single action and inching can be realized to make the distance between two ends of the roller consistent during adjustment.
2.3.5 Distance adjustment specification: oil cylinder is used for distance adjustment on each side, which is stable, safe and not prone to failure. The distance display adopts a digital display distance meter, which is installed on the power distribution cabinet to effectively check the distance between the rods, and a limit switch is installed at the limit position of the distance adjustment, so as to ensure that the distance between the rollers is always within the specified range during the distance adjustment process and prevent the phenomenon of "hitting the rod".
