Unit configuration
（1） Conical double forced feeder: one
1) Motor power: 22kw, using "Delta" frequency converter.
2) Feeding screw: conical twin-screw forced blanking, nitriding and chrome plating treatment, high surface finish.
3) Feeding body: the inner surface is polished, hard chrome plated, smooth and wear-resistant.
4) Feeding hopper: the inner surface is polished, hard chrome plated, smooth and wear-resistant; The protective cover shall be installed with lock catch, which shall be convenient for replacement and maintenance.
5) Push and pull type, convenient for movement.
6) Appearance requirements: the motor, reducer and other transmission parts shall be provided with an integral protective cover.
7) Conical twin feeder is connected with single screw in Harvard structure.
（2） Single screw extruder
1. Reducer: ZLYJ series gear transmission device with high precision hard tooth surface and thrust seat designed for single screw rubber and plastic extruder is adopted. Various technical specifications specified in JB/T8853-2001 Cylindrical Gear Reducer are adopted for design. The output shaft is made of high-strength 42CrMo, and other gear wheels and shaft parts are made of high-strength 20CrMnTi materials; The gear is processed by carburizing, quenching and gear grinding processes, with high precision and hardness; The gear accuracy is GB10095-88,6, and the tooth surface hardness is HRC-54~62. The front end of the hollow output shaft is equipped with a thrust bearing to bear the axial thrust when the screw is working. The whole machine has small volume, high bearing capacity, stable transmission, low noise, and high efficiency. When the oil level is lower than the oil level indicator, please add medium load industrial gear oil L-CKC220 or L-CKC320 (the oil should be purchased by the customer).

3. Screw
1) Diameter: φ 150mm； Length diameter ratio: 9:1;
2) The material is 38CrMoALA nitrided HRC65-70, 0.6-0.75mm deep, and the brittleness is not greater than Grade II. Hard chromium plating on screw surface;
3) The screw core is cooled with water;
4. Barrel
1) The material is 38CrMoALA nitrided HRC65-70, 0.6-0.75mm deep, and the brittleness is not greater than Grade II;
2) The screw barrel is cooled by water. The manufacturing process of the coil copper tube is improved. The welding nozzle of the copper tube hole is fully welded and fixed with reinforcement to prevent water leakage here;
3) The barrel is provided with a stainless steel protective cover, which is required to be connected with the base;
4) Heating section: high-quality cast aluminum heater
5. Soft water circulating cooling system:
1) Cooling water pump power: 0.55kw;
2) The soft water pipe is separated from the machine body for easy cleaning and maintenance. The soft water pipe is connected with high-pressure copper pipe;
3) Automatic water control solenoid valve control;
4) The water tank (SUS304 stainless steel, wall thickness 2mm), water pump and cooling main circulating water pipe are all made of stainless steel;
5) The cooling water pipe is equipped with a safety shield, which is hinged and air spring for easy maintenance.

6. Hydraulic plate automatic screen changing system:
