This machine replaces the rubber flake of the open mill and adopts a double pull feeding device. It is widely used in sports track, rubber seal, cable industry, recycled rubber industry, inner tube industry, rubber tube industry and other rubber products factories.
This machine can make the rubber mixed by the internal mixer into a ball shape. The rubber can be directly fed into the double pull feeding mechanism through the bucket elevator, and the rubber mixture or recycled rubber can be extruded into a sheet shape by using the screw pushing and conveying functions.
The machine is mainly composed of double pull forced feeding mechanism, screw, barrel, tablet outlet head, temperature control system and transmission device.
