2.1 Roller group:
2.1.1 Type: front and rear rolls are hollow. 1 each
2.1.2 Material: round steel shall be subject to precision grinding after tempering treatment and mirror surface treatment before chrome removal.
2.1.3 Hardness of working surface: HS: 70 ± 2
2.1.4 Double row self-aligning roller bearing is adopted.
2.1.5 The bearing seat is made of cast iron (FC30) after tempering. The lubricating oil hole shall be attached.
2.1.6 The bearing seat cover is made of iron and attached with labyrinth ring oil seal, and there is no oil leakage inside and outside. 4 groups
2.1.7 Rotary joint for roller heating and cooling is attached with stainless steel metal hose. 2 groups
