Applicable scope and characteristics of rubber mixing machine:
Rubber mixing machine is applicable to rubber related industries such as renewable rubber plants, drive belt plants, conveyor belt plants, rubber product plants, shoe plants, cable plants, rubber hose plants, seals, etc.
The rubber mixing machine is mainly composed of an integrated base, a frame, front and rear rollers, a transmission gear, a reducer, a distance adjusting device, a roller temperature adjusting device, a safety switch and an electrical control system.
The roller is made of alloy chilled cast iron with high hardness and wear resistance. The roller temperature regulator can adjust the roller temperature by feeding steam or cooling water into the roller to meet the process requirements.
Designed and installed with safety protection device
1. Electrical protection: when the equipment exceeds the load, the equipment will stop.
2. Roller safety device: when the equipment exceeds the roller pressure instantaneously, the safety plate seat automatically cracks. Thus, the roller and other main parts can be protected, so that the machine can operate more reliably and the maintenance cost can be minimized.
3. The machine is equipped with a braking device. When an emergency occurs, pulling the safety rod can immediately brake, thereby reducing the occurrence of accidents.
Advantages:
1. It has the functions of low failure rate, safety and reliability, emergency stop and reverse rotation. The reducer has low noise, small vibration and stable operation. On this basis, different configurations can be added according to customer requirements to achieve automatic production.
2. The front and rear rollers are made of alloy chilled cast iron, and the working surface hardness is HS70 ± 2. Structure: hollow type. The roller is heated or cooled through the rotary joint on the end face. Flange type rotary joint and water inlet and outlet rubber hose are attached.
3. The base is welded with high-quality profile steel, and precision machining is carried out after tempering stress relief treatment.
4. Electrical control: major electrical components such as contactors and air switches shall be famous brands at home and abroad.
