1、 Mechanical function features:
2.1 Base: it is made by welding B-shaped channel steel and steel plate.
2.2 Internal mixing room: 28CrMnMo cast steel is used for heat treatment and modulation, and wear-resistant hard alloy hardness HRC60-62 is overlayed on the material contact surface.
The internal mixing chamber is polished as a whole and plated with hard chromium. The dovetail groove is machined and embedded with wear-resistant strip, with good sealing. The external water jacket is designed for water cooling and steam heating.
2.3 Mixing shaft: the main body is forged with CrMo alloy steel and quenched and tempered by heat treatment. The screw edge is cast with CrMo alloy steel wax mold, welded with alloy electrode, quenched and tempered by overall heat treatment, and welded with wear-resistant alloy on the edge and face, and the surface is plated with hard chromium after grinding and polishing. The mixing edge is designed reasonably, the shape is round, and the mixing effect is more superior. Cooling water is supplied internally for better cooling.
2.4 Column: A3 steel plate is bent and welded with steel pipe. It has strong stability and stability.
2.5 Leakage proof device: YG8 alloy ring and graphite seal ring mechanical shaft seal tightening system are used for the end face of the mixing shaft, and polyurethane is used outside to prevent leakage. The sealing ring and sleeve A are connected by screws, which is easy to replace. The side of the gland is tightened by plates. Polymer resin fiber material is wear-resistant and not easy to break. The replacement is convenient and fast without affecting the production progress.
3. Pressurization system
3.1 Air cylinder: special cylinder. The speed and pressure can be adjusted according to the customer's convenience.
3.2 Compression cover: the main body is welded with 45 # cast steel and steel plate, and the stress is reasonable. The internal mixing surface is designed with uniform clearance of M. The internal design has an S-shaped flow channel, which can be heated by cooling water and steam. After heat treatment and tempering, the surface is plated with hard chromium, and the side is equipped with a leak proof device. The leakage proof sealing strip is made of high polymer resin fiber material, which is wear-resistant and not easy to break. The replacement is convenient and fast without affecting the production progress.
4. Unloading device
4.1 Structural composition: the secondary enveloping turbine and worm structure are used to turn over and discharge materials in the internal mixing chamber.
4.2 Turning angle: 110 ° (the maximum turning angle is 140 °).
4.3 Turning motor: Wannan motor.
4.4 Turning reducer: Guomao pin wheel cycloidal reducer is used.
4.5 Overturn control: two control and protection systems will not malfunction the overturning action, causing damage to the machine.
5. Transmission mechanism
5.1 Main motor: produced by Wannan Motor Co., Ltd., with the protection level of IP54, which is the highest level of protection in China at present, fully meeting the production needs. The main motor is connected to the frequency converter for speed regulating and starting. The speed of the main motor can be adjusted according to the work needs, which can effectively protect the main motor, prolong the service life of the motor, and save power.
5.2 Gear box: the gear is a hard tooth surface involute reducer, made of 20CrMnTi, hardened, carburized and ground, with a hardness of HRC57~62. The gear box is equipped with a cooling circulation system, which has low noise, high transmission torque and can withstand higher loads.
5.3 Belt pulley set: the main motor and gear box drive belt pulley are finished with high safety factor to ensure the transmission is completed.
6. Electrical group:
6.1 PLC linkage is adopted, which is divided into automatic and semi-automatic.
6.2 Semi automatic setting of three times internal mixing time, one time, two times and three times internal mixing time can be set according to material requirements

6.3 Numerical control ammeter: it can set the rated current of the motor. If the current exceeds the rated current, it will automatically reduce the voltage and rise and fall. Protect the motor.
