This machine replaces the rubber flake of the open mill and adopts a double pull feeding device. It is widely used in sports track, rubber seal, cable industry, recycled rubber industry, inner tube industry, rubber tube industry and other rubber products factories.
This machine can make the rubber lump mixed by the internal mixer directly feed the rubber into the double pull feeding mechanism through the bucket elevator, and extrude and filter the rubber mixture by using the screw pushing and conveying functions.
This machine is mainly composed of double pull forced feeding mechanism, screw, barrel, filter head, hydraulic screen changer, etc.
