4: Check whether the radial clearance and axial movement of each bearing of the internal mixer are within the specified range.
5: Check whether the clearance between the internal mixer rotor rib and the front wall of the internal mixing chamber, between the rotor end face and the side wall of the internal mixing chamber, between the weight block and the feeding port, and between the ribs of the two banks is within the allowable range.
6: Check the internal mixer noise.
